Section 1

Program Description

The Anointed No: 90-Day Still Waters Journey is a personal development and spiritual growth program designed for women in ministry, integrating principles of Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, and Neuroplasticity with Scripture through the proprietary 5Rs Framework. The Program is educational, spiritual, and supportive in nature.

Section 2

Enrollment and Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment of $997.00 USD (or an approved payment plan, if offered).
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
• Access to Program materials, calls, or resources will be provided according to the schedule communicated at the time of enrollment.

Section 3

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because this Program involves cohort-based group calls, personalized guidance, and access to proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final except as described below:

• Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase: If you cancel in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of your original purchase date, and before your first session or material has been accessed, you may receive a full refund.
• After the 24-hour period or after the Program has begun: No refunds will be issued. This includes cancellation for personal reasons, dissatisfaction, or failure to complete the Program.
• Non-completion: Client understands that results depend on individual participation and effort. Failure to complete the Program, attend sessions, or use provided materials does not entitle Client to a refund.

Section 4

Client Responsibilities

By enrolling, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and payment information.
• Actively participate in the Program to the best of your ability.
• Seek appropriate medical, psychological, or psychiatric care independently of this Program when needed (see Section 6).
• Treat Program materials, frameworks, and content as confidential and proprietary (see Section 7).

Section 5

No Guarantee of Results

We are committed to providing a high-quality, supportive experience. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or transformation. Personal growth, healing, and spiritual development vary by individual and depend on many factors outside our control, including your engagement, circumstances, and readiness.

Section 6

Not Medical, Mental Health, or Emergency Care

• Client acknowledges that any coach, mentor, or facilitator involved in this Program is not acting in the capacity of a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical provider during Program delivery, regardless of any credentials held outside this Program.
• Client is solely responsible for seeking appropriate professional care for any medical, psychological, or psychiatric needs.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of the Program — including but not limited to the 5Rs Framework, worksheets, recordings, the Holy Enough to Stop book content, prayer journals, and coaching methodology — are the exclusive intellectual property of The Olive Tree Wellness / Chrislyn Oviawe.

Client may use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Client may not copy, distribute, teach, resell, or otherwise share Program content without express written permission.

Section 8

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep any personal information shared during the Program confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm to yourself or others.

We ask that Client also respect the confidentiality of any group sessions, testimonials, or shared discussions, if applicable.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Olive Tree Wellness, Chrislyn Oviawe, and any affiliated ministries or entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Client's participation is voluntary and at their own risk.

Section 10

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Section 11

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
